Whole cheese in photo: 2Kg approx. Maccagno PrimoSale is fresh, unmatured Maccagno Biellese made from pasteurized whole cow's milk. Given its nature, primosale is a product that preserves fresh in the taste all the wisdom of the master cheese makers of Caseificio Rosso who have worked that milk. A very sweet softness. DETAILS 100% Made in Italy Rind: it is white and edible Paste: tender structure with regularly distributed thin holes. It is white in color. The flavor is sweet, pleasant and delicate. Maturation: the wheels are removed from the brine and dried. They are not aged. Use: it is used as a table cheese and in cooking for the preparation of typical dishes. Ingredients: Cow's milk, salt, rennet, milk enzymes. Guaranteed minimum weight portions.
