Margot

Margot is an intriguing combination of the milk of the Pezzata Rossa of Oropa and Enrico Terzo’s artisan beer “Margot”. Margot is a cheese with a soft texture whose sweet, pleasant and delicate taste perfectly matches the flavors of the beer: the bitterness of the hops and the sweetness of the malt. Margot is also made with refining with beer grains.
