Montanara with chilli pepper

Montanara with chili pepper is a semi - soft cheese, very ripe, made with whole pasteurized cow’s milk, with added chili pepper. As it ripens the flavour intensifies and is a subtle marriage of sweet cheese and spicy chili pepper.
